Join us at F45 North York for a special celebration of Shab-e Yalda, tailored for our Persian community!
On December 20th, we’re hosting a unique F45 workout session beginning at 3:00 PM sharp. Following the exercise class, participants will enjoy traditional Hafez’s Reading and Fortune (Fal-e Hafez). The celebration will include authentic Yalda-themed refreshments, seasonal fruits, and beverages.
Shab-e Yalda represents an ancient Iranian tradition marking the longest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, typically observed in late December. During this cultural celebration, Iranians traditionally gather together to recite poetry by Hafez while enjoying seasonal fruits and nuts.
This event offers a wonderful opportunity to experience Persian culture while maintaining your fitness routine. We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with you!
