Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), life coach, Author, Speaker
Sara is a member of Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), a qualifying registered psychotherapist by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of ontario (RP-Qualifying), a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS), author, professional certified life coach, and a grief recovery specialist.
Sara has overcome multiple life challenges on her personal development journey: moving halfway around the world to a new country with a different culture at age 35, losing both of her parents, going through a divorce, and risking it all to switch careers and start her own business.
Sara has been featured on Rogers TV, the Nikki Clarke Show, and in Shahrvand, IranStar and Tehranto Magazine. She has shared her life story in her memoir, Little Sara of Tehran, which was published on Mother’s Day in 2021. After years of working as a certified coach, helping individuals face their fears, rediscover their authentic selves, and build healthier relationships, Sara pursued her educational development to become a Counselling Psychotherapist. She has dedicated thousands of hours working with immigrants to help them integrate into their new culture and move forward with clarity and confidence.
