3. Contact us by email, phone (403-220-4901) or by online request. We will respond and confirm your request.

5. A lease will be sent to you within 6 months of your booking. Please read the lease thoroughly and send back a signed copy along with the deposit made payable to the University of Calgary to:

6. Send your ticket request, technical and front of house forms back to us within 8 weeks of your booking.

7. Contact our Stage Manager and Front of House Manager no later than 4 weeks before your event. We will respond to your request within one business day.”
