Polina of Nostalgic Treats(Polina Shadman), who is a vendor at the Covent Garden Farmers Market and one of the market chefs has a background in event planning. This past spring she organized and held her first-ever Persian Spring Market and it was so successful that now there is one for this coming July. The last one was around the Iranian New Year and this time the mid-summer market will coincide with Tirgan festivities across regions.
