CineIran returns for the 4th time this November, bigger and better than before.
The festival will be held in two different venues—TIFF Bell Lightbox and Art Gallery of Ontario—and will feature 15 films, 6 guests, and several Q&A sessions and panel discussions.
The festival will be host to some of the biggest names in Iranian cinema today, including superstars Farhad Aslani, Reza Attaran, Amir Jafari, Javad Ezzati, Milad Keymaram, among others.
The festival’s lineup includes a competition section featuring 13 films. These include some of the most acclaimed films of the year, such as Everybody Knows (Opening film of 71th Cannes Film Festival), 3 Faces (winner of the best screenplay award at 71th Cannes Film Festival), Rona, Azim’s Mother (Afghanistan’s submission for the foreign-language Oscar category), Shahram Mokri’s exciting crime thriller Invasion, Cold Sweat, Sly, and many more.
