This month’s double bill by our friends at Phoenix Cultural Centre screens the works of young director Ali Ahmadzadeh, whose films have both been banned in Iran. “Atom Heart Mother” and “Kami’s Party” play with the limits of reality and surrealism, and are among the significant achievements of Iranian cinema in recent years.
