  • Overview

    Akasha Art Projects presents Tapestry, a photo exhibition of Persian carpets and how their visual narratives can be interpreted through the lens for a new generation.  In his Persia series, Thomas Brasch explores how these carpets adorn our floors and walls, and beautify our lives.  These vibrant images, most of which measure 40 inches, squared, give a new voice to ancient poetry.

    Opening reception:  April 6, 2017 from 7 – 9 pm. Opening remarks at 7:30.

    Show is open to the public during gallery hours:  T-F: 10 am - 7 pm, S: 10 am - 6 pm, S,M - closed
