Mohandes is planning to hold a series of Private Yoga Sessions exclusively for Mohandes ladies, or Mohandes gentlemen’s spouses.

It will be weekly sessions, and the gym will be booked privately for our members. After the first 40 RSVPs, the registrants will be wait-listed. So hurry up if you enjoy Yoga or would like to try it for the first time.
Mohandes Gentlemen can register for their spouses.
Registration fee:
- Free for Mohandes paid members
- $5 per session for Non Members and guests
About Dory:My Yoga Journey started in Hamilton where I lived for 10 years and attended McMaster University for my Undergrad and Master’s Degree. I took my first Yoga class in 2008 at a Moksha Yoga studio. At the time I just wanted to try something new and ease my stress from exams and school life. Through practicing Yoga not only did I find a supportive community to be a part of, but I also gained a healthier lifestyle and I improved my mind’s and body’s fitness as well as a sense of my body and movement. Getting more involved in the yoga community helped me find a more balanced perspective of life and it ignited a passion to learn the deeper concepts of Yoga. My curiosity lead to the teachers’ training with Moksha/Modo Yoga. In July 2015 I took a journey to Kelowna BC. for the initial training which was an intense 300 hour training. It was after this trip that I realized my calling; I needed to know more and to share with others the benefits of Yoga and what I had learned. I started teaching right away while continuing my training to complete a 500 hour certificate in 2016. Since then I have lead Yin/Yang Yoga classes, Core Specific classes, Kids Yoga and have received my advance certification in Power Flow Yoga. As I am a student of life, my love and passion for Yoga grows with every class I teach and/or practice. I consider myself lucky and I find learning and sharing this ancient knowledge to be a profound privilege. I believe my background in science and physical anthropology bolsters my teaching methods. By offering insights into the physical purpose and function of each postures, I facilitate an easy to learn and easy to follow practice. As a certified Reflexologist I incorporate adjustments and massages throughout the class in order to further assist the students; helping them develop better postures and balance of mind. My mission is to while evoking a physical and mental challenge, to also provide support, guidance and ease for the students; creating a safe space for growth, awareness and compassion. My task and vision in learning and teaching Yoga is best put in the words of my favorite poet Rumi; “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” - Photos
