ICC - Annual General Meeting 2017

Dear Members of the Iranian Canadian Congress,

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the ICC will be held on Sunday May 28th, 2017 at 2PM in North York Civic Centre, Council Chamber in North York, Ontario (5100 Yonge Street) to conduct the following:

– Provide a report about the annual activities and performance of the organization.

– Election for 4 new board members for the ICC Board of Directors.*

ONLINE VOTING:

According to the procedure provided in the bylaws the ICC is facilitating online voting this year from May 20 to May 27th.

MEMBERSHIP CUT-OFF:

ONLY members of the Iranian Canadian Congress are eligible to attend at the Annual General Meeting and vote for the election of new Board members. Therefore, those who become member of the ICC by the end of May 18th,2017 (11:59PM) are eligible to vote for the online election and those who become member of the ICC by the end of May 25th, 2017 (11:59PM) are eligible to vote in person on May 28th, 2017. On the day of the AGM only those whose membership have expired will be allowed to renew. Anyone joining on the day of the AGM will not be able to vote at this AGM.
