- Overview
Iranian Students’ Organization (ISO) at the University of Toronto Scarborough is proudly holding the official Persian/Iranian new year celebration on March 17th at the Highland Hall event center.
The event includes dance performances, live folk music, DJ, and no Iranian party would be complete without excellent Persian foods.
Who is it for?
If you’re an Iranian or you celebrate Nowruz, or you’re passionate about meeting new people and discovering the Persian culture, then this event is for you.
PS:
Regarding the recent cases and the Corona virus outbreak, we’d like to state that our biggest concern and our priority is the health and well-being of our members and fellow students. Therefore, we are continually following the Ontario Ministry of Health and Public Health Agency of Canada’s updates on this matter.
As there are no restrictions yet on the events and social gatherings, our schedules will continue to move forward as planned, considering all the necessary precautions and advice.
We will continue to monitor the updates on the matter and are prepared to take any further responsible steps needed.
