    Vancouver’s inadequate supply of private events spaces.

    Within our 3000 sq. ft. high-ceiling modern contemporary facility, you will find a retro Miami-flare-like space that functions as more than just a banquet hall.

    Our balance between chic and elegance is tastefully crafted throughout the décor. The Modern Vancouver is here to help you celebrate your special day or night in style.

    WE DO NOT ACCOMMODATE THE FOLLOWING EVENTS:

    • Public events
    • Ticketed events or for-profit events
    • Events with an admission price
    • Events where alcohol is being sold for profit
    • DJ shows or Live Concerts

    Fridays & Saturdays- 2am
    Sunday-Thursdays – 1am

    Fridays/Saturdays (Nighttime)

    6-hour minimum venue rental

    Weeknight & Weekend

    (Daytime) 5-hour minimum venue rental

    2500 sq. ft. high ceiling indoor suite

    Only a microwave, fridge, and sink

    Dance Floor / Dancing is now permitted

    You can bring your own alcohol (no cost)

    $50-$100/person (3 menus)
    Option to bring in outside catering

    Some noise restrictions after 11pm (Not major)

    Required ($25 —all done online)

    Vendors & host can enter through the back

    Deposit to Confirm Date

    $1000 – Due at time of booking
    Deposit is refundable after event
