The Salvation Army - Yorkminster Citadel

‘Yorkminster Citadel is the Salvation Army church standing at the junction of Yonge Street and the 401 highway. The congregation meets for worship every Sunday morning and at other times during the week for various programs and events. All worship services are open to the public and a warm welcome awaits everyone who visits Yorkminster Citadel. Regular Sunday worship at Yorkminster includes readings from Scripture, a thoughtful and contemporary Bible message, time for prayer and reflection, and plenty of opportunity to sing modern worship songs as well as more traditional hymns. Music is provided by the Yorkminster Citadel Band and Songsters (choir). Our children’s and youth programs are dynamic and encouraging for all ages.’
