“Established May 11, 2007, MEKIC is located in the heart of Montreal’s Plateau Mont-Royal. This one of a kind cultural organization has four components that are active in four complementary fields: an arts centre, an art gallery, a bookshop, and the publisher Ketabe Iran Canada.
A dynamic place for dissemination, MEKIC’s primary mission is to facilitate and promote the discovery of the art, history, culture and literature of Southwest Asia (commonly called the Near and Middle East).”
