“Our cozy restaurant of 40 seats, in style, is a continuation and reflection of more than five centuries of traditional Iranian eateries known by names such as sofreh khaneh or qahva khaneh. It is bejewelled by things Persian such as handmade textiles, tablecloths, lush rugs, minakari (copper enamel work), lanterns, paintings depicting Iranian legends and heroes from ages long gone, and above all, turquoise and blue tiles of Persian poetry and calligraphy. Along with this authentic style and ambiance, the kitchen unearths a wealth of home-style dishes focussing on a variety of stews, the alchemy of Persian cuisine, from the different climes and regions of Iran. Noosh-e jaan!”
