Sounds of Persia: Majid Derakhshani & Andalib Ensemble

The performance of the Andalib Ensemble led by Shahou Andalibi, will be presented in two parts.

Part 1: Persian classical music including improvisations featuring Mastro Majid Derakhshani at the Tar, Shaou Andalibi at the Ney and Pedram Khavarzamini at the Tombak.

Part 2: Andalib Ensemble will play Kurdish folkloric music (Shahou Andalibi composer and vocalist) as well as Gilaki pieces accompanied by folkloric vocalists Mohammad Kamali, Mahnaz Rad, Golnaz Ghazvinian, Mahsa Bigdelo and Golmehr Davanloo.
